I’ve been noticing that more and more food packaging is now in English and Spanish. I find that to be rather interesting because it’s only within the past couple of years. Some folks think it’s great, and that manufacturers are catering to the “Latino Dollar” while others are against it because they feel that it removes any incentive for new immigrants to learn English if everything is simply made into their language. Still others are wondering “What about MY language?” The third largest language group in the United States is Chinese/Mandarin. Are they next?
